Have you received my payment yet?
Money order/cashiers checks: We process these within 2 days of receipt and send you a payment confirmation email to your registered email account.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn merchandise to us in 30 days in original condition from the day you receive the item. If there is anything we can do to help you to avoid returning the item to us, please use contact us form. Once we get the item back we will process the exchange/refund in approximately 4 business days.What is your return and exchange policy for USA customers?

I've returned my item, when will I receive my refund?
After your package has arrived at our facility, our Returns department processes it in approximately 4 business days. We process returns in the order they are received.I received the wrong item? What do I do?
Jackets4bikes strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope the make the return as painless as possible.
Please email customer service useing the contact us form and include your order number or item number. After we receive your email, we will send you a return label via email so you can return the item. If you can't wait then please feel free to return the item yourself with FedEx or UPS Ground and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping. If you decide to send it back with express shipping or 2nd day shipping, we will NOT reimburse you the shipping.
